Acceptance

By accessing and using BallnX ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

BallnX is a football card tracking and price analytics platform. We aggregate publicly available listings from online marketplaces (primarily eBay) and present them alongside estimated fair-value prices derived from historical sold data. We are an independent third party and are not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc., Topps, Panini, or any trading card manufacturer.

The service is currently offered in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

No investment or financial advice

BallnX is an information service. The prices, fair-value estimates, deal scores, and market insights presented on the service are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any item.

Trading cards are a speculative collectible market. Prices can fluctuate unpredictably. You are solely responsible for your purchase decisions. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented, and we disclaim liability for any loss resulting from reliance on the service.

Third-party listings and sellers

All listings displayed on BallnX are from third-party marketplaces and sellers. We do not sell, ship, authenticate, or guarantee the condition of any card. All transactions happen on the third-party marketplace, under that marketplace's terms and buyer protection rules. We are not a party to any transaction and have no responsibility for disputes, refunds, counterfeits, or seller behaviour.

Affiliate disclosure

BallnX participates in the eBay Partner Network. When you click an eBay listing link from our service and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This commission does not affect which listings we show or how they are scored. Our fair-value estimates are computed independently of any affiliate relationship.

Paid subscriptions

If a paid tier is offered, billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds for partial periods, unless required by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BallnX and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial loss, missed opportunities, inaccurate pricing, or third-party seller disputes.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 50 if you have not paid us anything.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. These Terms survive termination to the extent necessary (liability limits, intellectual property, governing law).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
